1. General
Luxe Laundry Room is a home-based laundry and garment care service offering wash, dry, fold, and ironing services, with pickup and delivery. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

2. Service Area
Our services are available within the Wilton area. If you are unsure whether we service your location, please contact us prior to booking.

3. Pickup & Delivery
· Laundry must be placed in a secure, accessible location at the agreed time.
· Luxe Laundry Room is not responsible for loss or damage to laundry left in unsecured or unsheltered locations prior to pick up or after delivery.
· Pick up & delivery times are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
· Missed pickups or deliveries may incur a rescheduling fee.

4. Garment Care & Cleaning
· We take great care in handling all garments and textiles.
· Please check all pockets and remove personal items prior to collection. Luxe Laundry Room will not be held responsible for damage caused by or loss of items left in pockets (e.g. pens, coins, keys).
· While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal or that delicate fabrics will respond as desired to standard cleaning processes.
· All cleaning is done at the customer’s risk for specialty or delicate items unless specific care instructions are provided.

5. Special Requests
We welcome special instructions. Please include these details when placing your order. While we make every effort to honour all requests, we cannot guarantee accommodation for every preference.

6. Pricing & Payment
· All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
· Payment is required upon completion of service.
· We accept cash or online bank transfer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
· We take pride in careful handling, but in rare cases where items are lost or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
· If a service failure is proven, our liability is limited to the lesser of the following:
. The current value of the affected item, taking into account it’s age and condition;
Or
. The amount charged for the service performed.
· Luxe Laundry Room is not liable for normal wear and tear, colour fading, shrinkage, or deterioration due to manufacturer defects.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
· Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty.
· Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee.

9. Subscription Services
· Subscription plans are billed according to the selected frequency.
· Plans may be paused, modified, or cancelled with at least 48hours notice prior to the next scheduled collection.
· No refunds will be given for missed or unused subscription weeks without prior notice.

10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal details collected are used solely for the purpose of providing our laundry services and are handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

11. Liability
Luxe Laundry Room will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the terms stated above.
Any disputes will be addressed in good faith. Should legal action be necessary, it will be conducted under the laws of NSW, Austraila.

12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
